Shipping Policy

Shipping services are provided by a third party vendor and we (EGBE APPAREL LLC.) are not liable nor responsible for any incurrence resulting from any particular shipping vendor as we are also not part of the process in selection thereof. However if there is a problem or incurrence we can be reached via email address at correctionalapparel@gmail.com and we will do whatever we can to help facilitate a remedy with the third party vendor. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date without exceptions. Any claims for damaged items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received without exceptions as also reflected in our Return/Refund policy.

We know what it takes because we have worked on the line for over 24 years ourself whether as a Correction Officer or Correctional Maintenance. We know what it is like to shoulder 16 & 1/4hrs of duty dealing with insanity, violence, incidents, exhaustion, staff shortages, administrative incompetence, favoritism, and so much more. The only theater that has more negativity than corrections is Military warfare. We are the Strength that is kept behind the walls and perimeter to ensure our communities can breathe life much easier but we are also the forgotten and when remembered often heavily scrutinized and unfairly stigmatized thanks to Hollywood and lack of critical thinking by many folks. Nonetheless, we have heeded the call of duty and have served with dignity and distinction. It's overdue that we walk with pride and wear apparel that exemplifies our courage, sacrifice, service, dignity and pride. It's time we have an establishment that caters to our needs and wants versus blindly searching for who is willing to serve us. Thank you for your service and support.
